The Kitchens of Pinch and Dash

Danielle has teamed up with another amazing woman, Jessica Perlaza. As neighbours, they discovered their mutual love for cooking by knocking on each other’s door to borrow a pinch of this and a dash of that. Through these moments of sharing food together, they created 4 vegan, gluten-free cookzines inspired by the seasons.

Throughout the seasons, much of their free time is spent at the local markets perusing the fresh produce and experimenting in our respective kitchens. While Danielle indulges in mixing aromatic flavors in a complex palette, Jessica leans on the side of simplicity in her culinary creations.
