Self-Paced Program
When you join the Self-Paced Raw Food Chef Certification, you’ll receive immediate access to the Welcome Module—so you can begin right away, or take the time you need to prepare with intention.
Inside the Welcome Module, you’ll find your grocery list, equipment checklist, and everything you need to set yourself up for success. While you can technically start anytime, we encourage you to use the first week or two to gather your tools, create space in your schedule, and ground into the mindset that will carry you through.
Once you’re ready, Module 1 will be waiting. From there, you’ll receive weekly emails with new modules, recipes, video lessons, and reminders to help you stay focused and inspired. And since it’s self-paced, you’re always in control—start, pause, or repeat as life allows.
You’ll have 5 years of access to the entire course and all its materials—so you can move through it in your own time, in your own way.
Guided Year Program
When you join the Guided Year, you’ll receive immediate access to all course materials—but we begin together. Our group officially kicks off with a live coaching call during the first week of June or October (your choice).
This high-touch option includes weekly group calls, community accountability, and mentorship to help you stay on track and go deeper with the work.
Level One follows a weekly rhythm and is designed to be completed in 26 weeks.
Level Two slows to a bi-weekly pace and wraps up by the end of the year.
By the end of 12 months, you’ll be a fully certified Raw Food Chef—with real confidence in the kitchen and a deeper understanding of how food can heal the body and change lives.
Best of all, with the Guided Year, you receive lifetime access to the course and its resources.

We offer transformational Plant-Based Nutrition Fundamentals and Raw Food Chef Certification Courses—both online and in-person at our Raw Food Chef School in Nicaragua. Our in-person programs are intimate and immersive, with just 8–20 participants per course to ensure personal guidance, deep connection, and hands-on learning that sticks.
Rooted in nutrient-rich recipes and holistic nutrition, this education goes beyond technique. You’ll learn how to prepare over 150 vibrant, healing meals created by our founder, internationally recognized plant-based chef and wellness educator Danielle Arsenault.
This is not just about becoming a raw food expert— you’ll learn to heal your body, reset your gut, and awaken your inner vitality. Together, we’ll explore the real challenges of letting go of harmful foods, and build confidence to embrace a lifestyle that supports energy, clarity, and full potential.

Our Raw Food Chef Certification courses are approved by:
CAHNPRO (Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals) for upgrading hours and continuing education credit units.
CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition) for graduates and current students to receive external practicum hours.
