We teach life-changing, inspirational Plant-based Nutrition Fundamentals and Raw Food Chef Certificate Courses in Nicaragua. Each program is comprehensive, intimate and interactive with under 20 participants per course.

We teach life-changing, inspirational Plant-based Nutrition Fundamentals and Raw Food Chef Certification Courses in several locations across Canada and in Nicaragua. Each program is comprehensive, intimate and interactive with only 8-10 participants per course. With practical hands-on learning, a lot of taste testing, this education is founded on plant-based nutrition to support total body wellness.
We will navigate the challenges that may arise from reducing the consumption of foods that do harm and learn to embrace the transition towards a healthier lifestyle. You will become more than just a raw food expert, learn to heal your body and ignite your spirit with the power of plant-based whole foods! There are over 100 recipes to learn, created by our founder, world renown plant-based chef, nutrition expert and educator, Danielle Arsenault.
Who takes our courses?
Our courses are for the complete beginner, those with prior nutrition knowledge and traditional chefs looking to enhance their plant-based culinary repertoire. Our students include the stay-at-home mom, the nutritionist, the Chinese medicine doctor, the new retiree, the red seal chef, the professional athlete, those looking for a new career, those looking to enhance their nutrition intake, the fresh out of high school student and many more.

Our Raw Food Chef Certification courses are approved by:
CAHNPRO (Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals) for upgrading hours and continuing education credit units.
CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition) for graduates and current students to receive external practicum hours.
The Raw Food Chef Alliance, an International organization that Certifies Raw Food Schools and Raw Food Chefs. Upon successful course completion, graduate students will automatically join this alliance.
