Online Courses and Retreats Cancellation Policy
Once you make your first payment of an online program, you have 30 days to ask for your money-back guarantee (minus 10% admin fee).
If it is longer than 30 days from the first payment from the time you request a refund, we will provide a credit for the full amount you have paid thus far for any program of ours, either online or in-person within 3 years of the credit request date.
In-Person Courses and Retreats Cancellation Policy:
A 10% administrative fee is retained from the payment until a refund request is made, and this portion is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be settled 60 days before the course commencement. Refunds are possible up to 60 days before the program starts, with a 100% return on the tuition fee (excluding the 10% admin fee). However, within 60 days of the course start date, refunds are not applicable. Special circumstances will be assessed on an individual basis. Missed courses are non-refundable or reschedulable. Once requested, a refund will take up to 30 days to process.
You have the option to transfer your reserved space to someone else, and the financial arrangements for this transfer should be coordinated between both parties.
In the event of Pachavega canceling classes, a full refund will be issued.
