Pachavega Holistic Wellness Education

Because healing is holistic—and life doesn’t always follow a straight path.

I pour my heart into every course and retreat I offer. As a single mama building this dream from the ground up, I understand that signing up for a program like this is both an investment and an act of trust. I want you to feel supported in your decision—and I also ask for the same trust in return.

Online Courses

Once you make your first payment for an online course, you have 30 days to request a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to issue a refund, but I’m happy to offer you a full credit (minus the 10% or $250, whichever is less) that you can apply to any future online program that never expires.

In-Person Courses and Retreats

At Pachavega, we pour heart, time, and resources into each retreat and course the moment you register. Because we begin investing your tuition into accommodations, materials, and preparations right away, our updated cancellation policy reflects this reality.

Payment Terms

A 10% non-refundable administrative fee is applied to all bookings.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before the course or retreat begins.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once you make a payment toward your program (deposit or otherwise), you have a 30-day window to request a refund of that specific payment (minus the 10% admin fee).
After 30 days, that payment becomes non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of how far in advance you registered or when the program begins. Once the 30-day window has passed, your payment has already been invested into creating the experience.

What if You Cancel?

If you need to cancel entirely, any payments made more than 30 days prior are non-refundable.
However, you’re welcome to transfer your full credit to someone else (friend, family, or another guest), as long as you notify us in writing and handle the financial exchange privately.

What if Pachavega Cancels?

In the rare event that Pachavega needs to cancel a program, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
