This program is divided into two weeks:

Week 1: Gentle Transition

Ease into your detox with simple yet nourishing meals and practices. This week focuses on light cleansing to help you transition smoothly into deeper detoxification. You will follow a balanced daily routine of warm lemon water, breathwork or light yoga, and simple, nutrient-rich meals designed to gently cleanse your body. The rituals are designed to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity.

 

Week 2: Deep Nourishment & Spiritual Growth
In the second week, we dive deeper into healing, focusing on emotional detoxification and spiritual growth. Through guided visualizations, affirmations, and restorative practices like Epsom salt baths and dry brushing, you will further support your body’s natural detox process. This week is about nourishing not only your body but also your spirit, creating space for inner peace and deep transformation.
Throughout the program, you will be guided with practical, simple tools such as daily recipes, mindfulness practices, and affirmations, helping you to stay grounded and connected to your journey. The program is flexible and designed to complement your lifestyle, ensuring that it fits seamlessly into your day-to-day life.
