Living the Lifestyle is a one-week retreat where we cook, eat, and learn together while exploring how food, daily rhythm, and holistic practices shape a life of vitality and balance. Throughout the week we prepare nourishing meals, share kitchen wisdom, and reconnect with the deeper rhythm of living well.

In this retreat, you build the kitchen rhythms, food habits, and daily practices that allow a plant-based, holistic lifestyle to truly become your way of life.

The week culminates in a community celebration meal where each participant prepares and shares a favorite raw vegan dish with the group, a joyful gathering of creativity, generosity, and the pleasure of feeding one another.

This is an intimate learning experience with only six participants.

Participants stay in nearby accommodations of their choice within walking distance of the Pachavega kitchen. A curated list of recommended hotels, guesthouses, and nearby Airbnbs will be provided after registration, all located within about a safe and easy 20-minute walk.

What This Retreat Is About?

This one focuses on how life is actually lived.

Living the Lifestyle is designed for people who already feel called toward plant-based nourishment and holistic wellness but want to bring those values more fully into their everyday lives.

Food remains the foundation of Pachavega.

Throughout the week we cook together, share meals, and explore the kitchen rhythms that make healthy living sustainable. At the same time we look at the broader lifestyle practices that support well-being: movement, breath, rest, emotional awareness, and daily structure.

The goal is not perfection or strict rules. It is learning how to organize your life so nourishing food and holistic practices become part of your natural rhythm.

Cooking Together

The kitchen is the heart of Pachavega.

Throughout the week we prepare meals together, explore raw vegan techniques, and share the practical systems that make plant-based cooking sustainable.

Participants are also invited to contribute a favorite dish.

During the week you will have the opportunity to prepare a raw vegan meal you love and share it with the group. This may be something simple or something creative.

If your recipe calls for a special ingredient that is difficult to find locally, you are welcome to bring it with you. Fresh ingredients are readily available here, and recipes can always be adapted together.

The retreat concludes with a community celebration meal, where everyone shares their dish and we gather around the table to enjoy the creativity and generosity of the group.
