Living the Lifestyle
An intimate one-week immersion in plant-based, high-vibe raw food, rhythm and the habitual practices of holistic living.
NOVEMBER 3-10, 2026. OMETEPE, NICARAGUA
Living the Lifestyle is a one-week holistic wellness retreat designed to help you integrate plant-based nutrition, daily healing practices, and sustainable lifestyle rhythms into real life.
Hosted by Pachavega School of Holistic Wellness on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua, this immersive retreat brings people together to cook, eat, learn, and reconnect through deeply nourishing food, community connection, and holistic living practices. Throughout the week, participants prepare nutrient-dense raw vegan meals, explore gut health and lifestyle integration, and experience how food, movement, rest, nervous system support, and daily rhythm work together to support vitality and balance.
More than a retreat, Living the Lifestyle is an opportunity to build the kitchen confidence, food habits, and holistic wellness practices that allow a plant-based lifestyle to become sustainable, grounded, and truly lived.
The week culminates in a shared community celebration meal where each participant prepares and offers a favorite raw vegan dish to the group, creating a joyful experience rooted in creativity, generosity, nourishment, and connection.
Healing is holistic. Food is the foundation.
This is an intimate learning experience with only 8 participants.
$2497 USD
Accommodation is included at Infinity Retreat Center on the Island on Ometepe, Nicaragua.
This holistic wellness retreat focuses on how healing and healthy living are actually sustained in everyday life.
Living the Lifestyle is designed for people who already feel called toward plant-based nutrition, gut health, and holistic wellness, but want to integrate those values more deeply into their daily rhythm in a practical, grounded, and sustainable way.
Food remains the foundation of Pachavega School of Holistic Wellness.
Throughout the week, we cook together, share deeply nourishing plant-based meals, and explore the kitchen rhythms that make healthy living realistic and sustainable long term. Alongside the food, we also explore the broader holistic lifestyle practices that support vitality and well-being, including movement, breathwork, nervous system support, rest, emotional awareness, community connection, and daily structure.
The goal is not perfection or rigid wellness rules. It is learning how to organize your life so nourishing food, holistic healing practices, and lifestyle integration become part of your natural rhythm and lived experience.
The kitchen is the heart of Pachavega.
Throughout the week we prepare meals together, explore raw vegan techniques, and share the practical systems that make plant-based cooking sustainable.
Participants are also invited to contribute a favorite dish.
During the week you will have the opportunity to prepare a raw vegan meal you love and share it with the group. This may be something simple or something creative.
If your recipe calls for a special ingredient that is difficult to find locally, you are welcome to bring it with you. Fresh ingredients are readily available here, and recipes can always be adapted together.
The retreat concludes with a community celebration meal, where everyone shares their dish and we gather around the table to enjoy the creativity and generosity of the group.
This retreat is for people who feel called toward a deeper relationship with food, health, and lifestyle.
It is especially meaningful for:
• Pachavega graduates
• plant-based cooks wanting deeper lifestyle integration
• wellness practitioners seeking inspiration
• anyone who wants to live more intentionally through food and daily rhythm
You do not need to be a chef. Curiosity, openness, and a love of good food are enough.
