En este curso de 5 dias vas a descubrir maneras nuevas como incorporar las verduras y frutas locales de Nicaragua en tu dieta para optimizar la salud, la digestión y el bienestar.

 El curso incluye:

Talleres culinarios de una chef vegana que se especializa en alimentación saludable. En los talleres culinarios aprendes como hacer y disfrutas más de 20 recetas usando lo que mas se encuentra en nuestro pais de Nicaragua:

  1. ¿Qué es el microbioma y para qué sirve? Aprende como hacer comida fermentada que contienen ciertas bacterias vivas que siguen actuando una vez están en nuestro organismo aportando diversidad y benificiando la microbiota intestinal.
  2. Hacer le mejor súper sopa para curar nuestro microbiota intestinal
  3. ¿Por qué comer unos crackers “crudos”? Habrás oído hablar de raw food, que traducido literalmente sería comida cruda puesto que en la preparación no se utilizan los métodos de cocción tradicionales. Muchos chefs y expertos en comida raw, sin embargo, prefieren utilizar la traducción “comida viva” que denota la esencia de este tipo de alimentación que mantiene la naturaleza de los compuestos bioquímicos de los alimentos. Aprende hacer crackers “crudos” desde cero.
  4. Todo se trata de la salsa! Aprende hacer 4 salsas versitales que se puede usar en comida o en postres para dar mejor sabor a todo.
