Nicole Hume is a Raw Food Chef and Independent Plant-Based Nutrition and Living Foods Educator through Pachavega Living Foods Education. She has also obtained her Health Coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Winnipeg.
As a child she struggled with food sensitives, allergies, rashes, asthma and was overweight. Because of these health issues she developed an interest in the connections between food and how it affects the body. Nicole worked in the medical field for many years and has seen that there is much to be improved in our Canadian medical system, especially how diet is related to disease.
In the past 4 years, Nicole has been on her own healing journey and has been able to overcome many of her health issues. She is passionate about working with others to discover underlying causes of disease and how food can heal the body. Her lifelong passion of helping others to feel their best has led her to become an inspiration for those who are ready to reclaim their health.
